Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Please note that all delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Delivery times are based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Additional shipping fees may apply to locations with limited carrier service.

Our orders are fulfilled from different warehouses depending on the destination:

U.S. orders: Fulfilled from our overseas warehouse in the United States.

Orders outside the U.S.: Fulfilled from our warehouse in China.

Warehouse address: No. 17 Jiabin Road, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid before your order is released by customs.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
